grinding technology of an ultrahigh-strength steel member. The acquisition method comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a parameter domain C1 of a
grinding technology of the ultrahigh-strength steel member;
machining a plurality of first testing members according to the C1, and obtaining a parameter domain C2 of the
grinding technology of the ultrahigh-strength steel member according to a parameter and
surface roughness relation curve; step 2, carrying out an orthogonal test according to the C2 in the step 1,
machining a plurality of second testing members and establishing a first relational expression; step 3,
machining according to the C2 to obtain a plurality of groups of third testing members and measuring a plurality of groups of
surface roughness values, surface microhardness values, surface
residual stress values and fatigue life values and establishing a second relational expression; step 4, obtaining a parameter domain C3 of the anti-fatigue grinding technology of the ultrahigh-strength steel member according to the first relational expression in the step 2 and the second relational expression in the step 3. According to the acquisition method disclosed by the invention, a single-
factor method and an
orthogonal method are used for carrying out
test design, and designing and analyzing methods are reliable.
