The inventors investigated endometrial miRNAs associated with pregnancy outcome by studying miRNAs associated with endometrial receptivity, implantation failure and embryo miscarriage. The Chinese herbal preparation is prepared from, by weight, 20 g of the fruit of Chinese wolfberry, 30 g of glossy privet fruit, 30 g of Semen Cuscutae, 30 g of Herba Leonuri, 30 g of Radix Codonopsis, 25 g of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 25 g of Chinese yam rhizome, 30 g of Herba Epimedii, 20 g of Herba Cistanches and 15 g of clove. The invention further discloses the application of the Chinese herbal preparation in increasing total number born per litter, the number of live births per littler, the number of strong births per litter, average weight of newborn per litter, and otherness; the result shows that a pill for more three piglets is added in the sow feed, so that the sow fertility is improved.
