The invention discloses an
inflatable double-opened-blade protection type
puncturing device for a
thoracoscope. The
inflatable double-opened-blade protection type
puncturing device comprises a hollow tube
pipe; a pair of clamping arms rotating around a fixed shaft and an
airbag mechanism for driving the clamping arms to clamp a
thoracoscope lens are arranged at the end part of the hollow
pipe body; each clamping arm consists of a long movable blade and a short movable blade;
air cavity bags are arranged on the inner lateral faces of the long movable blades and the short movable blades and the surface of the end part of the hollow
pipe body; and when the
air cavity bags are full of gas, the long movable blades and the short movable blades rotate around the fixing shaft to an expansion state until the long movable blades and the short movable blades are compactly connected with the
thoracoscope lens at the bottom of the hollow pipe body. The double-opened movable blades lead bloods at a
cut position well, so that the
pollution on the thoracoscope lens can be reduced. The airbags at the end parts of the hollow pipe body are prevented from being damaged on intercostals nervus vascularis and the like through the design; and meanwhile, the
inflatable double-opened-blade protection type
puncturing device has certain effects of
hemostasis by compression on the
cut. Furthermore, the airbags at the inner sides of the double-opened movable blades form a protection
cushion to buffer the upper turning shape of the thoracoscope lens. Therefore, the inner side of the chest wall can be prevented from being damaged.
