Techniques for combining volatile and non-volatile programmable logic into one integrated circuit (IC) are provided. An IC is segregated into two portions. A first block of programmable logic is configured by bits stored in on-chip non-volatile memory. A second block of programmable logic is configured by bits stored in off-chip memory. The function of IO banks on the IC is multiplexed between the two logic blocks of the IC. The programmable logic in the first block can be configured and fully functional in a fraction of the time that the programmable logic in the second block can be configured. The programmable logic in the first block can configure fast enough and have enough independence to assist in the configuration of the second block. The non-volatile memory can also provide security features to a user design, such as encryption.

A LED-based light emitting device having integrated rectifier circuit driven directly by an AC voltage and a related fabrication method is provided herein. The light emitting mainly contains a lower substrate and an upper substrate. The lower substrate has a built-in rectifier circuit and appropriate electrical contacts of the rectifier circuit are exposed on the top surface of the lower substrate. The upper substrate contains multiple LEDs arranged in an N×M array and the LEDs are all electrically insulated from each other. Metallic plating techniques are applied to establish electrical connection between these LEDs so that they jointly form a circuit matching the rectifier circuit on the lower substrate. The two substrates are faced towards each other and metallic bumps are applied to connect the LED circuit on the upper substrate to the rectifier circuit on the lower substrate, completing a fully function light emitting device.

The invention provides a method for carrying out high-throughput sequencing on a TCR (T cell receptor) or a BCR (B cell receptor). The method is characterized by designing upstream primers according to gene features of a V region of the TCR or the BCR and designing downstream primers according to gene features of a C region or a J region of the TCR or the BCR and obtaining sequences of the of the TCR or the BCR in combination with the multiplex PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technology and high-throughput sequencing, thus analyzing the rearrangement information of the TCR or the BCR. Compared with 25-30 cycles of existing multiplex PCR, two cycles of the multiplex PCR technology provided by the invention can conduce to greatly reducing the sequencing errors caused by primer amplification preference. Besides, the invention also provides a method for correcting multiplex PCR (polymerase chain reaction) primer deviation by utilizing DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) tag sequences, thus further reducing the sequencing errors caused by primer amplification preference and intrinsic sequencing errors of high-throughput sequencing.
