High-yielding method for chemical hydrolysis of lignocellulose into monosaccharides. The process of the invention can additionally be applied to cellulose, xylan and related biomass polysaccharides, such as galactan, mannan, or arabinan. The method is employed for hydrolysis of a biomass polysaccharide substrate. The process is carried out in an ionic liquid in which cellulose is soluble in the presence of catalytic acid at a temperature sufficiently high to initiate hydrolysis. Water is added to the reaction mixture after initiation of hydrolysis at a rate controlled to avoid precipitation yet avoid undesired sugar dehydration products such ad HMF. Hydrolysis product is useful as feedstock for fermentations including fermentation processes for ethanol, butanol and other fuels.

The method has the main characteristics that the raw material is not required to be dried and directly used, the energy consumption is low, by adjusting the content of ethanol in the ethanol solution for extracting, arabinogalactan and dihydroquercetin are simultaneously extracted, the production cost is low, energy consumption is reduced, the yield of products is high, the process of purification performed by the macroporous adsorption resin is pollution-free, all solvents can be recycled, and the method is convenient for industrial scale production.

Peach gum polysaccharide with efficient anti-allergy and itching-relieving effects, and fermentation extraction method and application thereof

The invention discloses a fermentation extraction method of peach gum polysaccharide with efficient anti-allergy and itching-relieving effects. The method comprises the following steps of 1, mixing soaked peach gum, ultrapure water and yeast dry powder capable of expressing galactanase according to a proportion of 1:(5 to 100):(0.01 to 0.1), and performing stirring and fermentation; 2, when the viscosity of fermentation liquid is reduced to 200 to 1000 mPa.s, stopping stirring, pouring out the fermentation liquid, adding absolute ethyl alcohol until the mass percentage of the ethyl alcohol is60 to 90 percent, performing still standing, and removing supernatant; and 3, washing lower layer precipitates by the ethyl alcohol, and performing freeze drying after reduced pressure suction filtration to obtain the peach gum polysaccharide.
