A
cracking unit of waste tyres is provided, which comprises a
cracking furnace, a heating mechanism and a collecting mechanism of
cracking materials. The unit is characterized in that: the cracking furnace comprises a
combustion chamber on the bottom and a high temperature cracking room over the
combustion chamber and the
combustion chamber and the high temperature cracking room are separated by a division board between the two; the heating mechanism is positioned in the
combustion chamber; the collecting mechanism of cracking materials comprises a
solid collector for collecting
solid products and a condenser for collecting gaseous products, wherein, the air inlet of the condenser is connected with the high temperature cracking room through an air shooter and the product outlet of the condenser comprises a
gas phase outlet for outputting unset gas and a
liquid phase outlet for outputting condensate, and the
gas phase outlet is connected with the heating mechanism; the front end of the high temperature cracking room is connected with a feeding conveyor mechanism. A
moving bed pyrolysis boiler has simple structure and
compact dimension and is used for
processing the waste tyres with simple
decomposition and
processing technology process and short
processing period, and can adjust and control the yield of the products through changing the
decomposition temperature and controlling the detention time of the tyres in the
pyrolysis chamber. In addition, the
system can independently operate relying on itself without additionally supplying burning fuels and making best use of all materials.
