The invention relates to application of industrial
sewage to microalgae
aquaculture, in particular to a technical flow for pretreatment of eutrophic industrial
sewage. A pretreatment technical flow for applying the industrial
sewage to the microalgae
aquaculture comprises the following steps: firstly, treating
sludge in sewage by a technology of combining inorganic flocculant
aluminium potassium sulfate and organic flocculant
chitosan, wherein the
mass ratio of the
aluminium potassium sulfate to the
chitosan is 100-200: 1, the molecular weight of the
chitosan is 800-2000, and after the flocculants are added, the reaction time is controlled at 2 hours and the
sedimentation time is controlled at 24 hours; secondly, adding
sodium hydroxide into the treated sewage to regulate the pH value to 9, and filtering the
sediment, wherein the
sedimentation time is 12-24 hours; and thirdly, removing Cd, Cr, Hg, Pb and other heavy
metal ions from water by using a
molecular sieve column. The organic impurities are kept in the treated industrial sewage, and the inorganic impurities and the
sludge are removed from the industrial sewage, so that the treated industrial sewage is applicable to the microalgae propagation.
