The invention discloses a double-layer composite cerebral dura mater, and a preparation method thereof. According to the preparation method, medical purified pig dermis is modified with a cross-linking agent so as to obtain a matrix layer; the matrix layer is coated with a degradable high molecular membrane solution via coating method, and then is subjected to water washing and drying so as to obtain the double-layer composite cerebral dura mater. The double-layer composite cerebral dura mater repairing material is excellent in flexibility, mechanical properties, biocompatibility, and biodegradability, and is capable of preventing cerebrospinal fluid leakage and brain tissue adhesion effectively. Compared with electrostatic spinning, the coating method is capable of increasing peel strength of the matrix layer with an impervious layer; and application prospect of the double-layer composite cerebral dura mater repairing material is promising.
