The method utilizes bacillus safensis and bacillus tequilensis to prepare the microbial fermentation liquid and the bacterial fertilizer, and adopts a way of combining the microbial fermentation liquid and the bacterial fertilizer; the bacillus safensis and the bacillus tequilensis are applied respectively in solid state form and a liquid state form, and are promoted to colonize in the soil so as to finally form a dominant bacterial community; the bacterial fertilizer and the microbial fermentation liquid are organically combined together, so that the potassium content of the tobacco leaves can be effectively increased. The method reduces the consumption of chemical fertilizer and chemical pesticide, protects and promotes the growth of tobaccos, and promotes environmental friendliness.

Bacillus safensis and application thereof

The invention relates to Bacillus safensis XWY06 which is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection with the preservation number of CCTCC No: M 2019818. The strain has stronger functions of decomposing inorganic phosphorus and organic phosphorus and can generate indoleacetic acid, cellulase, protease and siderophore. The invention also relates to a microbial inoculum containing the strain and application of the strain in promoting plant growth and improving the stress resistance of plants, such as disease resistance and drought resistance.
