Embodiment 1

The bacterial strain disclosed bythe invention is bacillus safensis HCX-01, belongs to clostridium selected from a resistant cotton root soil strain in a cotton test field of Nanyang Normal University and has a preservation number ofCCTCC NO. M2018153. The bacterial strain HCX-01 provided by the invention is applied to not only the inhibition of verticillium dahliae, but also the prevention and the treatment of the cotton verticillium wilt. The preparation and the application of the bacterial strain HCX-01, disclosed by the invention, have the beneficial effects that the HCX-01 can be cultured on an artificial culture medium, is easy to obtain and culture and facilitates factory production, popularization and application; after being treated by fermentation liquor of the HCX-01 for 12 hours, a verticillium dahliae sporesuspension has a spore germination rate of only 9.7 percent, which has a better inhibiting effect than that with the blank 39.6 percent spore germination rate; the harm of the verticillium dahliae tocotton is effectively reduced; meanwhile, compared with a chemical agent, the HCX-01 solves the problems of environmental protection and the like.
