Abstract

The invention discloses a method for increasing potassium content of tobacco leaves by combining microbial bacterial fertilizer with microbial fermentation liquid. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the microbial fermentation liquid; (2) preparing the bacterial fertilizer; (3) applying base fertilizer; (4) watering with the microbial fermentation liquid. The method utilizes bacillus safensis and bacillus tequilensis to prepare the microbial fermentation liquid and the bacterial fertilizer, and adopts a way of combining the microbial fermentation liquid and the bacterial fertilizer; the bacillus safensis and the bacillus tequilensis are applied respectively in solid state form and a liquid state form, and are promoted to colonize in the soil so as to finally form a dominant bacterial community; the bacterial fertilizer and the microbial fermentation liquid are organically combined together, so that the potassium content of the tobacco leaves can be effectively increased. The method reduces the consumption of chemical fertilizer and chemical pesticide, protects and promotes the growth of tobaccos, and promotes environmental friendliness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biopesticides, and in particular relates to using bacterial fertilizers produced by Bacillus safensis and Bacillus tequilensis in combination with their fermented liquors to increase the potassium content of tobacco leaves. Background technique [0002] Potassium is a crucial indicator for evaluating the quality of tobacco leaves. The lower the potassium content of tobacco leaves, the worse their combustibility, and the tar content of single-material smoke may be high, which is not conducive to the development of high-end cigarettes. The higher the value, the stronger the combustibility, the more complete the tobacco leaves will be burned, the tar content will be reduced correspondingly, and the commodity value of the tobacco leaves will be improved. The potassium content of high-quality flue-cured tobacco leaves in the United States is 4% to 6%, and some even reach 8% to 10%, while the potassium content ...
