The invention discloses three biocontrol bacterial strains for controlling a black spot disease of a Xinjiang red date tree. The bacterial strains belong to bacillus. The bacillus is screened through a plate antagonism experiment to effectively inhibit growth of black spot pathogenic bacteria of the red date tree. The bacterial strains are from soil and include 012 thallus, 045-1 thallus and 063-1 thallus, wherein the 012 thallus is rod-shaped bacterium with unconspicuous flagellum and is Gram negative bacterium; the single colony is round-like, milk white, butyrous, nontransparent, uniform in the edge, and difficult to emulsify, and has ridgy ruga in the center; the 045-1 thallus is rod-shaped bacterium with unconspicuous flagellum and is Gram positive bacterium; the single colony is round-like, milk white, butyrous, nontransparent, uniform in the edge, and easy to emulsify, and has ridgy ruga in the center; the 063-1 thallus is rod-shaped bacterium with unconspicuous flagellum and is Gram positive bacterium; the single colony is round-like, milk white, butyrous, nontransparent, uniform in the edge, and difficult to emulsify, and has ridgy wrinkles in the center. As a biological agent, the bacterial strains are free of harmful ingredients of chemical pesticides, free of toxicity and pollution, easy to produce, and wide in application prospect.
