The expansion of the mechanism is realized through the rotation of bar parts or the movement of the middle frame. The design is provided with simple structure and reaches the large contraction ratio through a small inverse-parallelogram. The produced fibers are one-component different shrinkage fibers, which have different crystallinity, different orientation and different shrinkage performances, and the appearance and form of the fiber subjected to different shrinkage are good.

The prism with a trapezoid section has the small light signal loss; the size of the detector is reduced so that the detector is suitable for being mounted online; and the high-pressure and high-heat steam is used for washing so that scales are prevented, the measurement precision is guaranteed, and the shell is sealed so that the on-line detection device can work for a long period in a severe environment.
