Abstract

Provided is a one-stage forming processing accessory device used for sewing decorative strips on clothing. The device comprises a strip forming part and a supporting suspension arm. The strip forming part is formed by a strip forming guiding cylinder and a woven belt flattening carding frame. The strip forming guiding cylinder is formed by welding a front baffle plate and a rear baffle plate, and two ends of the cylinder are respectively a woven belt leading-in end and a woven belt folding forming output end. The strip forming guiding cylinder is in an antiparallelogram folded shape in a direction from the woven belt leading-in end to the woven belt folding forming output end. The rear part of the rear baffle plate is welded with a fixed connecting plate. The supporting suspension arm is in an L-shaped suspension arm structure, and is formed by a vertical arm and a horizontal arm. The vertical arm is abutted against the front side surface of the head of a sewing machine, and forms fixed connection with the head of a sewing machine in an up-down adjustable manner. The horizontal arm is abutted against the rear side surface of the fixed connecting plate, and forms horizontal adjustable fixed connection with the fixed connecting plate, so a distance is formed between the lower part of the strip forming part and a cover plate of a needle drop position of the sewing machine. The processing accessory device realizes one-stage forming sewing of the strips, so as to greatly save processing labor-hours, improve processing efficiency and reduce processing cost.
