The invention relates to an
ammonia water synthesis process which comprises the following steps: S1, introducing
tail gas containing
ammonia gas into the lower end of a gas
ammonia absorption
tower, starting a delivery pump, introducing desalted water in a desalted
water storage tank into the gas ammonia absorption
tower by the delivery pump, and absorbing the
ammonia gas,wherein the gas ammonia absorption
tower is a bubble cap tower with five tower plates, desalted water falls plate by plate after entering the gas ammonia absorption tower and finally enters the lower end of the gas ammonia absorption tower, and the water inlet amount of the desalted water is controlled by liquid level
interlocking; S2, cooling the desalted water in the gas ammonia absorption tower by using a
circulating pump and an external
plate heat exchanger, directly spraying the desalted water back to the upper space of the gas ammonia absorption tower, absorbing
ammonia gas, and controlling the flow of the low-temperature desalted water by using temperature at the upper end of the gas ammonia absorption tower in an
interlocking manner; and S3, starting an ammonia water pump, and discharging ammonia water at the lower end of the
gaseous ammonia absorption tower into an industrial ammonia
water storage tank by the ammonia water pump for storage. The
ammonia gas in the
tail gas can be recycled, waste of the ammonia gas is reduced, operation is easy, and the
investment cost is low.
