After the defrosting of the intercooler is detected as being complete, the bypass tube is used so as to ensure that the refrigerant does not flow to the intercooler and the injection valve is controlled so that the opening degree is increased.

A non-volatile memory element includes a lower electrode, an upper electrode, a recording layer arranged between the lower electrode and the upper electrode and containing a phase change material, and a bit line directly arranged on the upper electrode. With this arrangement, a contact area between the recording layer and the upper electrode and a contact area between the upper electrode and the bit line can be reduced without providing an interlayer insulation film between the upper electrode and the bit line. Thus, heat radiation to the bit line can be suppressed while the upper electrode and the bit line are connected without using a through-hole.

According to the nanophase ceramics heat insulation film, the strength and the service life of a carrier can be improved and prolonged.

The method is characterized in that one of following methods is improved in the tension test process: a clamp is prepared from austenitic stainless steel to replace the existing clamp to test; or, a U-shaped heat isolation sleeve and a fixed screw heat isolation ring are arranged at the contact part of the sample clamping end and the clamp to completely isolate the clamp, the fixed screw and the tension sample through the U-shaped heat insulation sleeve and the fixed screw heat isolation ring, and the clamp is prepared from austenitic stainless steel to replace the existing clamp to test. The method has the advantages that the austenitic stainless steel is used as the clamp preparation material and the ceramic fiber sheet is used as the heat isolation sleeve and the heat isolation sleeve, so that the heat radiation and heat conduction of high-temperature objects and low-temperature objects are effectively inhibited; the operation is easy, the detachment and installation of the sample are convenient, and the material stability is guaranteed.

The invention relates to an insulating coating for an electrical heating pipe of an electric water heater. The insulating coating is composed of a polyester imide resin, silicone rubber, mineral wool insulation fibers, silicon nitride, alumina, titanium dioxide and a solvent. The insulating coating provided by the invention has outstanding overall performance such as heat resistance; a thermal conductivity is 0.03 W / m.K; thermal insulation inhibition efficiency can reach about 90%; and thermal radiation and heat dissipation of a high temperature object and a low temperature object can be inhibited. Experiments show that when being used at a temperature of 250 DEG C + / -20 DEG C, the insulating coating composition does not crack or fall for 300 h, and has high flexural strength as high as 10 MPa.
