The invention provides a non-migration suspension
protection system and method for communication pipes and cables. The method includes the following steps: digging a
pipe suspension construction passageway at the position of original communication pipes and cables; positioning and binding the original communication pipes and cables through positioning frames; excavating holes under a
pipe cluster of the original communication pipes and cables and using earth
layers, which are not excavated, at the two sides as support points to install suspension cradles over the original communication pipes and cables; building a drilling
pile at each of the two sides of the
pipe cluster and preparing to prefabricate
pile supporting stands on site; excavating temporary support walls at the two ends of the line cluster, and a base and the earth
layers at the lower part to an appropriate depth and manufacturing the
pile supporting stands through
casting so as to support the original communication pipes and cables; and packaging the original communication pipes and cables. The
system has the characteristics that a non-migration and in-situ protection scheme is implemented on the original communication pipes and cables which pass through a deep foundation pit of a planned
subway station so that construction of the deep foundation pit of the planned
subway station is not affected; at the same time, the
system also has the characteristics of uninterrupted communication, high protectiveness, short construction time, high efficiency, low cost, and easy popularization and application and the like.
