By the device, the problem of virtual short-circuit test caused by reflection of tabletop can be prevented, and the problem of conductive contact between electrodes on a front surface and a back surface of a double-side battery is also solved; and by integration of an automatic transmission device,the practicability of electrical performance test under the condition of battery yield is solved.
