In the method, titanium oxide is loaded on a shell powder carrier by impregnation; firstly, alkoxide solution of titanium ester or titanium with appropriate concentration is prepared, then an activated shell powder carrier with certain proportion is impregnated in the alkoxide solution, then the obtained solution is stirred and stayed for a certain time, and treated by low temperature and abstersion pretreatment and finally roasted at high temperature, so the nanometer TiO2 forms high-strength bond with the shell powder and promotes the catalytic activity of the nanometer TiO2 at the same time. Impregnation can be conducted for a plurality of times to increase load. The invention belongs to the field of fine chemical engineering, and particularly relates to a high-valence silver antibacterial agent and a preparation method thereof. The high-valence silver antibacterial agent is a silver-polyhexamethylene biguanidine complex with the electric potential zeta larger than 0. A metal part of the silver-polyhexamethylene biguanidine complex is Ag3+, and the antibacterial property of the complex is 200 times that of Ag+. A biological acceptable part is polyhexamethylene biguanidine (PHMB), compared with other guanidines with small molecular weights, the antibacterial property is good, the advantages are more obvious because of the synergistic antibacterial effect of PHMB and other antibiotics, and toxicity to cells and tissue of human bodies is smaller. The nanoscale or micron-size Ag(III)-PHMB complex high in antibacterial activity is prepared by means of reversed-phase microemulsion or the aqueous solution environment. On one hand, the Ag(III)-PHMB complex can reduce toxicity, and on the other hand, the metal part and the biological acceptable part achieve the synergistic antibacterial effect so that the antibacterial property of the antibacterial agent can be effectively improved. The titanium dioxide nanoparticles prepared by the preparation method are stable in quality, uniform in particle sizes, and can be stabilized at a nanoscale; the properties of the titanium dioxide nanoparticles can be effectively enabled to be exerted. The surfaces of the titanium dioxide nanoparticles aremodified, so that the titanium dioxide nanoparticles can be enabled to be evenly dispersed in water, and an aggregation effect is further avoided.

Method for treating papermaking wastewater by nano chitosan composition flocculation system

The invention belongs to treatment and comprehensive utilization of three wastes and relates to a method for treating papermaking wastewater by adopting a nano chitosan composition flocculation system. Currently, most of flocculating agents for treating the papermaking wastewater are polymeric aluminum salts and cation polyacrylamide, the polymeric aluminum salts and the cation polyacrylamide have insufficient flocculation capability for pollution sources in the wastewater, and precipitates have defects of coarse particles, loosening and the like. Nano chitosan sol has a three-dimensional network conformation and has excellent flocculation characteristic. Compared with a composition of the polymeric aluminum salts and the cation polyacrylamide, the nano chitosan composition flocculation system has the advantages that the relative flocculation rate (percent) for the pollution resources in the wastewater is improved by 40 percent; in treated supernatant water, an SS (Suspended Solid) value is similar and a CODcr (Chemical Oxygen Demand) value and a BOD5 (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) value are reduced by 8 to 12 percent; and the treatment cost is only 26 percent of the treatment cost of the composition of the polymeric aluminum salts and the cation polyacrylamide. By microscopic observation, adsorption points are formed by flocculate in a fiber and chitosan sol network, fine particles are precipitated and the precipitation is compact. The nano chitosan composition flocculation system is a pure natural flocculation material with both high activity and biodegradability.
