Nano chitosan sol has a three-dimensional network conformation and has excellent flocculation characteristic. Compared with a composition of the polymeric aluminum salts and the cation polyacrylamide, the nano chitosan composition flocculation system has the advantages that the relative flocculation rate (percent) for the pollution resources in the wastewater is improved by 40 percent; in treated supernatant water, an SS (Suspended Solid) value is similar and a CODcr (Chemical Oxygen Demand) value and a BOD5 (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) value are reduced by 8 to 12 percent; and the treatment cost is only 26 percent of the treatment cost of the composition of the polymeric aluminum salts and the cation polyacrylamide. The invention discloses a preparation method of a polyurethane coating material for textile fabrics comprising a nano filler and a coptis chinensis extract. The textile coating material comprises thefollowing main components by mass: 83-90 % of polyurethane emulsion containing the coptis chinensis extract, 5-15 % of nano filler dispersion, 0.6-2 % of a coupling agent, 0.3-1 % of a base material wetting agent, 0.3-1 % of a defoaming and foam inhibiting agent, 0.5-2 % of an aqueous thickening agent, and 0.3-1 % of an aqueous leveling agent. The preparation includes adding the nano filler dispersion, the coupling agent, the base material wetting agent, the defoaming and foam inhibiting agent and the aqueous leveling agent into the polyurethane emulsion containing the coptis chinensis extractaccording to the composition; stirring and dispersing the solution for 20-100 minutes; adding the aqueous thickening agent; and filtering the solution to obtain the textile coating material to be prepared. According to the polyurethane coating material, the coptis chinensis extract is innovatively applied, and the nano filler with a special effect is added, so that the antibacterial, ultravioletresistance, aging resistance and other properties of the coating material can be improved and enhanced.
