The invention discloses a direct multi-
exposure fusion parallel acceleration method based on the OpenCL; the method comprises the following steps: using a CPU+GPU heterogeneous parallel framework and the GPU strong
floating point calculating capability, fusing cores under the OpenCL exploitation environment, caching a
Gaussian kernel to a constant memory, caching reuse data to a local memory, and increasing the work load of each work item, thus shortening an access and calculation time, and realizing faster multi-
exposure fusion. Compared with a conventional serial
processing method, the method can obtain the maximum speed-up ratio reaching 11.19, thus effectively reducing the multi-
exposure fusion
algorithm operation time, and providing strong guarantee for further applications of the multi-
exposure fusion algorithm; in addition, the method can obviously improve the space frequency and average gradient, thus effectively solving the scene detail
information loss problems caused by insufficient electrography and display equipment dynamic scope.
