The invention discloses a method and a device for processing heterogeneous information contents. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving heterogeneous information data contents of a service provider; obtaining a corresponding predefined format according to information types of the heterogeneous information data contents; analyzing the data contents according to the predefined format and packaging the analyzed data contents as a content entity; and storing a content object to a corresponding content library by mapping a reversely-defined document type definition (DTD) document. According to the method and the device, disclosed by the invention, various heterogeneous information data types are analyzed and stored; the content library of corresponding types is created; the heterogeneous information data types are stored to the content library and then can be associated to heterogeneous information integrated sets of different service demand parties, so that the query of the service system and the issue of the data contents are facilitated; and the technical problems of load of network transmission bandwidth, unicity of the provided data format, poorer expansibility of content delivery, and the like during docking the heterogeneous information contents of a plurality of systems in the prior art are solved.

Master-slave-type scanning flip-flop circuit for high-speed operation with reduced load capacity of clock controller

A master-slave-type scanning flip-flop circuit is capable of operating at a higher speed by reducing a load capacity of a clock controller. The master-slave-type scanning flip-flop circuit is used to test a semiconductor integrated circuit device, and has a master latch and a slave latch each for temporarily holding an input signal, a first scan controller, a clock controller, and a second scan controller. The first scan controller receives an output signal from the master latch and outputs the received output signal in synchronism with a scan clock which is a clock for testing the semiconductor integrated circuit device, when the semiconductor integrated circuit device is tested. The clock controller receives an output signal from the first scan controller and outputs the received output signal to the slave unit in synchronism with a predetermined clock when in a normal mode of operation. The second scan controller has an input terminal connected to an output terminal of the first scan controller, and outputs a scan-out signal corresponding to a scan-in signal which is an input signal for testing the semiconductor integrated circuit device, in synchronism with the scan clock when the semiconductor integrated circuit device is tested.

The invention discloses a direct torque control method for a six-phase synchronous motor with zero-sequence current self-correction. The direct torque control method for the six-phase synchronous motor with the zero-sequence current self-correction comprises firstly, performing voltage vector reconstruction based on an idea that a zero-sequence current is equal to zero and accordingly proposing an idea DTC (Direct Torque Control); secondly, performing discrete compensation on the actual voltage vector acting time based on the dead-time compensation principle; finally, continuously compensating the voltage vector acting time through a PI adjuster and achieving a purpose that the zero-sequence current is equal to zero. The direct torque control method for the six-phase synchronous motor with the zero-sequence current self-correction solves the problem of eliminating low-order harmonic currents in a six-phase symmetrical winding permanent magnet motor DTC system of a torque and magnetic flux linkage double-hysteresis-loop structure.

The invention provides a filling-reclaiming method for building land in coal mining subsidence areas, which belongs to the technical field of mining and is used to solve the problem of developing and utilizing coal gangue. The invention adopts a technical scheme that the method is implemented according to the following steps: a, draining accumulated water in reclamation areas and clearing silt; b, striping and stockpiling surface soil; c, determining the thickness and density of coal gangue for hierarchical backfilling through a vibration pressure test; and d, performing hierarchical backfilling compaction on the coal gangue and soil. The method has the following main advantages that: 1, the ways of utilizing the coal gangue are expanded, and environmental pollution caused by stockpiling the coal gangue on ground is reduced; 2, the situation that building land is increasingly short is alleviated by reclaiming subsidence land to be the building land; and 3, the treatment for coal gangue for large-area hierarchical backfilling by a hierarchical vibration-compaction method is economical, reasonable and ideal in compaction effect, can improve the compactness and bearing capacity of coal gangue layers, and can prevent the spontaneous combustion or efflorescence of coal gangue foundations and the separation of harmful substances from polluting local environment because hierarchical compaction greatly reduces porosity and isolates air.

Flywheel energy storing device

The invention discloses a flywheel energy storing device. The device includes a vacuum container arranged on the outer layer. A rotary shaft is arranged in the center of the vacuum container. A radial-axial permanent magnetic bearing is nested in the upper end of the rotary shaft. The lower end of the rotary shaft is sleeved with a flywheel, a single-winding outer rotor magnetic suspension switch reluctance motor, and a permanent magnetic bias radial-axial magnetic bearing successively from top down. The rotary shaft penetrates through the center of the flywheel and is connected with the flywheel. The flywheel is nested in an outer rotor of the single-winding outer rotor magnetic suspension switch reluctance motor. According to the invention, by combining that the single-winding outer rotor magnetic suspension switch reluctance motor can drive the flywheel directly and has a high-speed suspension function with that the radial-axial magnetic bearing and a hybrid magnetic shaft have characteristics of controllable suspension in forced uninstallation, five degree of freedom and high-reliability suspension of the flywheel are realized. Besides, operation speed of the flywheel is increased and system power consumption and size are reduced.
