One embodiment of a robotic data storage library with the ability to reduce the transition time to reach an operational state after a transition of the library from a power-off state to a power-on state comprises: (1) a plurality of storage locations, each capable of holding at least one data storage element; (2) a data transfer interface for receiving a data storage element and establishing a communication path with a data storage element so that data can be transferred between the data storage element and a host computer; (3) a transport unit for moving a data storage element between one of the plurality of storage locations and the data transfer interface; (4) a nonvolatile memory for storing an inventory of locations of the robotic data storage library; and (5) a controller for causing an audit to be performed to create an inventory, causing the inventory to be stored in the nonvolatile memory prior to a transition of the robotic data storage library from a power-off state to a power-on state, and causing the inventory to be transmitted to a host computer after the transition of the robotic data storage library from a power-off state to a power-on state.

The invention discloses a wide range speed control system and current distribution method for a hybrid excitation synchronous machine. A control policy is applied to armature drive and excitation drive simultaneously. When the motor is in the starting period, a rated forward magnetism strengthening current is applied to the exciting winding to increase the starting torque of the motor, so that the motor obtains electromagnetic torque exceeding the rated torque under the condition of no overcurrent, and the transition time of motor starting is shortened. When the motor is in the low speed operating interval, if the motor load exceeds the rated load, the electromagnetic torque of the motor is increased by applied the forward magnetism strengthening current, so that the motor obtains excessive loading capacity under the condition of no overcurrent and no overheat. When the motor operates at high speed, a constant power operating interval far above the rated rotating speed can be obtainedby applying an appropriate reverse exciting current to HESM (Hybrid Excitation Synchronous Machine) and performing weak magnetic regulation on the d-axis armature current.

The average relative molecular mass of the multipolymer containing carboxylic acid groups is 2,000 to 20,000. The applicable temperature scope of the cement retarder is wide, and the cement retarder can be applied at high temperature, medium and low temperatures. The applicable temperature scope ranges from 30 DEG C to 230 DEG C. The cement retarder can be matched with various additives and is very compatible, which is applicable for oil well cement of various grades. The retarder can resist salt well, which is applicable for fresh water, brine, seawater, concentrated water and so on. The retarder can be widely applied in various shallow holes, moderate-depth holes, deep holes and superdeep holes. An excess amount of retarder is not sensitive in brine and seawater; the construction safety is ensured; the retarder does not adversely affect the strength development of cement.

Current through the half bridge is sensed to provide closed loop control. The electronic ballast provides a wide linear dimming range with fault detection and flash suppression.

Method for preventing water erosion desertification by using biological crust

The invention discloses a method for preventing water erosion desertification by using biological crust, which is to artificially inoculate a biological crust resource onto bare soil surface of a water erosion desertified area and cultivate the biological crust to allow the biological crust to cover the bear soil surface. The method comprises the following steps:1) selecting well developed natural biological crust, and shoving 10 to 30-millimeter-thick crust layer on surface for later use; 2) drying the collected biological crust in shade, removing other materials, crushing, fully stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain the biological crust resource; 3) mixing the prepared biological crust resource with fine soil according to a ratio of 1:(1-2), uniformly spreading the mixture on the soilsurface to be inoculated, covering a small amount of fine soil, and fully watering after the fine soil is covered; and 4) controlling a proper condition to promote the growth of the biological crust,namely watering, topdressing, killing pests and weeding. With the method of artificial inoculation and cultivation, a high-coverage biological crust can be formed in a short period, and the formed biological crust has obvious water and soil holding function; and the method is an effective method for treating water erosion desertification.
