The invention relates to the field of submarine propelling systems, in particular to a magnetofluid vector control system based on a superconducting magnetic field. The magnetofluid vector control system comprises five-way seawater ducts, magnetic poles, electrodes, a large power direct current electric generator, fan blades, a scraper, a drum type gear, a cat ear type cavity and an isolation aperture plate, the five-way seawater ducts are horizontally arranged at the head and the tail of a submarine respectively, a pair of magnetic poles and a pair of electrodes are arranged on the portion, adjacent to a duct opening, of each duct, 16 trapezoidal flow deflectors are uniformly arranged at the portion, on the duct openings, at the outer side of fixed frames of the fan blades, and all the electrodes in the ducts are electrically connected with a central control system. The magnetofluid vector control system is reasonable in structural design, through the magnetofluid vector control system in a superconducting magnetic field environment, no mechanical noise is generated, an electromagnetic system drives seawater in the ducts to generate power, a submarine body can make a turn, turn round or laterally move, forward and back up at the original position, the propelling system is used on the submarine, and when cooperating with a drainage system, the propelling system can also achievesudden sinking and floating, handle complex sea conditions and prevent a bluff.
