The present invention relates to crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol raw cord and method for producing the same, and more particularly, to crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol fiber, in which PVA resin having a degree of polymerization of more than 1,000 and a degree of saponification of more than 97.0 mol % is dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide, the solution is subjected to dry and wet gel spinning using methanol as a coagulation solution, drawn and thermally treated, the resulting polyvinyl alcohol drawn yarn with 500-3,000 deniers is twisted to produce a cabling yarn, the cabling yarn is plied into a 2-ply or 3-ply yarn to produce a raw cord, the raw cord is wound on a bobbin for crosslinking and crosslinked in an aqueous crosslinking solution containing an aromatic aldehyde compound and an acid catalyst. Moreover, the present invention relates to a crosslinker-introducing apparatus, which is used in the above method and can effectively induce the crosslinking reaction of the wound raw cord.

Preparation method of dried day lilies

The invention relates to a preparation method of dried day lilies. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) picking day lilies; (2) pretreating the picked day lilies; (3) cooking the pretreated day lilies; (4) twisting the day lilies treated in the step (3), after twisting is completed, performing sealing at room temperature, and performing static fermentation for 12-18h; and (5) performing drying. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, water-soluble glucan and a reduction type glutathione aqueous solution are used for performing pretreatment, and then high-temperature rapid-scalding and cooking are performed, so that technical obstacles are well overcome; the water-soluble glucan can form a layer of a protective film on the surfaces of the day lilies, and can generate substance cross-linking with the histocyte of the day lilies, so that the tenacity of the day lilies in subsequent treatment can be enhanced, the day lilies are not liable to crush when being rolled, and the quality of the day lilies is good; and the reduction type glutathione is also uniformly distributed in the protective film, the reduction type glutathione and the protective film are in synergistic reaction to avoid polyphenol oxidase oxidation, after practice, people find that the reduction type glutathione and the protective film can efficiently prevent the day lilies from changing color during draining and steam rapid-scalding, and the tenacity of the day lilies after rapid-scalding and cooking is still high.

The present invention relates to crosslinked, olefin elastic fibers where the olefin materials are specifically selected to provide a more robust fiber with higher tenacity and greater temperature stability. Such fibers will be less subject to breakage during fiber spinning and post-spinning (downstream processing) operations including spool formation and unwinding. The specific olefin material used is a blend having an overall melt index (I2) of less than 2.5 g / 10 min before crosslinking with a density in the range of 0.865 to 0.885 g / cm3. One component of the blend will be characterized as having either a density in the range of from 0.855 to 0.88 g / cm3 or a residual crystallinity at 80° C. of greater than 9 percent but not both. The at least one other component will meet at least whichever characteristic the first component does not meet.

The invention discloses a seedling combined planting method for bougainvillea speetabilis and evergreen leaf trees. The method comprises the following steps: planting a single bougainvillea speetabilis seedling and a single evergreen leaf tree seedling in a same potting bag, culturing at temperature of 20-25 DEG C; in a culture process, uniformly winding and fixing bougainvillea speetabilis branches on leaves of an evergreen leaf tree, when a plant grows to 0.5 m, spraying auxin once a week, when the plant grows to 1.2 m, stopping to use the auxin, illuminating the plant by ultraviolet for 5-8 hours every day, until the evergreen leaf tree seedling grows to 1.5 m, transplanting the seedling. Culture mediums in two different formulas are used in a soil matrix, being beneficial for rooting and growing of the seedling. In the method, the auxin is sprayed in the earlier stage, branches and stems grow rapidly, branches and stems are long and are easy to bind and fix. In a later stage, ultraviolet is used to irradiate the bougainvillea speetabilis and the evergreen leaf tree, growth of the bougainvillea speetabilis and evergreen leaf tree are restrained, so branches and stems age and tenacity is high, so the bougainvillea speetabilis and the evergreen leaf tree are firmly fixed, seedlings do not easily slump, and the method is beneficial for transplanting of seedlings.
