The invention discloses a process application method of low-grade
phosphorite in hot
phosphorus chemical industry, and belongs to the technical field of
chemical industry production. According to themethod, the content of P2O5 in the low-grade
phosphorite is increased to be higher than 24% from 19% through direct flotation operation; the content of P2O5 in the
phosphorite is further increased tobe higher than 25% through the procedures of filter pressing, primary mixing, secondary mixing,
sintering and crushing; the sintered lump ore, silica and
coke are mixed in proportion and then subjected to a reduction reaction in a
yellow phosphorus electric furnace, thus preparing
yellow phosphorus. According to the method, the low-grade
phosphate ore with the P2O5 content smaller than 20% can becomprehensively utilized through the ore dressing
smelting chemical coupling process, the P2O5 content of the
phosphate ore is increased to be higher than 25% through two times of enrichment of ore dressing and
sintering; meanwhile, the
energy consumption is reduced, the reduction efficiency is improved, and generation of
hazardous waste substances such as
phosphorus sludge is reduced through utilization of the sinter. In addition, by utilizing the low-grade phosphorite in a high-valued manner, the
yellow phosphorus production efficiency is improved, the
environmental risk of yellow phosphorusproduction is reduced, and the method has outstanding substantive features and remarkable progress.
