The dolly consists of an upper arm (20) and a lower arm (24) of square metallic tubing, with each formed with a horizontal offset center portion (22) and (26) and with a pair of casters (30) that are attached at each end of both arm's lower surface. An E-frame defining at least two compartments that are open on at least one side that extends between the front and back ends of the rack. The frame is supported on a plurality of wheels and is adapted to receive a dolly in the compartment. Each dolly is removably received in one of the compartments and locked in place when placed in the delivery rack. The locking element includes a pivoting lever that is rotated to lock and unlock the dolly within the compartment. The weighing sensor is used for measuring the weight information of the selected commodity and sending the weight information to the controller. The controller is used for judging the corresponding relation between the received barcode datum and the received weight information with a known barcode datum and known weight information. The alarm is used for sending alarming when the received barcode datum and the received weight information do not conform to the known barcode datum and known weight information. The demagnetizing device is used for demagnetizing the selected commodity. The display is used for displaying the datum received from the controller. The wireless data transceiver is used for transmitting the datum between the controller and a commodity database.

A dolly is particularly adapted to lift, support and maneuver a four-wheel vehicle. The dolly comprises an adjustable, generally U-shaped frame assembly for each vehicle tire. A mechanism is for coupling the shelf component to the dolly component in a pivotable manner, so that the shelf component will go from a horizontal position to a vertical position. When the shelf component is in the horizontal position the sheet material will be manually slid off of the shelf component onto a support table and be manually slid from the support table onto the shelf component. When the shelf component with the sheet material is in the vertical position, the sheet material will be held on edge to the shelf component and be transported by the dolly component through the confines of narrow places.
