Microdosing device and method for operating same

A microdosing device comprises a pressure chamber which is at least partly delimited by a displacer, an actuating device for actuating the displacer, the volume of the pressure chamber being adapted to be changed by actuating the displacer, a media reservoir which is in fluid comunication with the pressure chamber via a first fluid line, and an outlet opening which is in fluid communication with the pressure chamber via a second fluid line. The microdosing device additionally comprises a means for detecting the respective position of the displacer and a control means which is connected to the actuating device and to the means for detecting the position of the displacer, said control means controlling the actuating device on the basis of the detected position of the displacer or on the basis of displacer positions detected during at least one preceding dosing cycle so as to cause the discharge of a defined volume of fluid from the outlet opening. The control means comprises means for controlling the actuating device with a signal of low edge steepness so as to cause the displacer to move from a first position to a predetermined second position, the second position of the displacer defining a larger volume of the pressure chamber than the first position. In addition, the control means comprises means for controlling the actuating device with a signal of high edge steepness so as to cause the displacer to move from the second position to the first position for discharging in this way a defined volume of fluid from the outlet opening.

Non-mask write through photo-etching machine with ultrahigh strength LED light source

The invention relates to a maskless direct-writing photoetching machine with ultrahigh-intensity LED light sources for printing on substrate materials such as a wafer and a printed circuit board. The invention solves the problems that the intensity of single light emitting diode can not meet the requirements for illuminating low-range large-field area maskless photoetching machines. The machine comprises more than two LEDs as light sources, wherein each LED is arranged relative to one condensing lens and the back part of each LED is connected in order with a coupling optical fiber and a tapered optical fiber which is arranged relative to a coherence sheet. The more than two LEDs are used as light sources for the direct-writing photoetching machine and can emit lights at the same time. The light-guide optical fibers can independently correct optical energy to increase the light intensity of the LEDs by means of spatial arrangement and coupling.

High-frequency magnet ring device for restraining very fast transient overvoltage

The invention provides a high-frequency magnet ring device for restraining very fast transient overvoltage (VFTO). The high-frequency magnet ring device is fixed on a center conductor of a gas insulated switchgear, and comprises an insulating sleeve, a plurality of magnet ring groups and insulating pieces. The insulating sleeve is sleeved on the center conductor, the magnet ring groups are parallelly sleeved on the outer wall of the insulating sleeve, and the insulating pieces are arranged between every two adjacent magnet ring groups. With the high-frequency magnet ring device, the defects of complicated structure, high production cost and low reliability of a VFTO restraining method in the prior art are effectively overcome.
