The invention discloses a battery winding product and a disposable
lithium metal battery. The battery winding product comprises an
assembly formed by sequentially overlapping a positive
electrode sheet on an inner layer, first diaphragm paper, a negative
electrode sheet, and second diaphragm paper on an outer layer, wherein the
assembly is wound into a cylindrical winding body; a negative
electrode lug which is parallel to the center line of the winding body and extends towards the bottom of a steel casing is connected onto the negative electrode lug; a length of distance is formed between the
tail end notch part of the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode lug positioned on the inner side of the
tail end notch part and on the negative electrode sheet. The battery winding product is characterized in that a
metal conductor which extends in the direction consistent with the winding direction of the winding body is integrally arranged on the negative electrode lug; the free end of the
metal conductor extends towards the
tail end notch part of the positive electrode sheet and exceeds a length of distance; the free end of the metal conductor is electrically connected with the negative electrode sheet. The advantages that the condition that in the traditional technology, the negative electrode sheet covered by the insulating sheet cannot participate in a
chemical reaction is avoided, all materials on the negative electrode sheet can participate in the reaction, and the
electrical performance index of the battery is improved, are achieved.
