The invention discloses a preparation process of low-elastic composite yarns of
moisture-absorption and sweat-releasing dacron. The preparation process comprises the following steps that (1) special-shaped POY raw yarns are prepared, specifically,
polyester chips are subjected to pre-crystallizing and homogenizing
drying to obtain PET dry chips, the PET dry chips are melted at high temperature, amelt is extruded, then melt-
spinning is carried out, and solidifying and cooling are carried out to form a strand to obtain the special-shaped POY yarns; (2) special-shaped DTY yarns are prepared, specifically, the POY yarns prepared in the step (1) are subjected to thermal stretching, and then false twisting deformation is carried out to obtain the special-shaped DTY yarns; and (3) the low-elastic composite yarns of the dacron are prepared, specifically, the special-shaped POY raw yarns and the special-shaped DTY yarns are compounded by a composite
yarn guide device to form composite yarns, and the composite yarns are shaped and then subjected to oiling and winding to obtain the low-elastic composite yarns of the
moisture-absorption and sweat-releasing dacron. The low-elastic composite yarns of the dacron has a good
moisture absorption and sweat releasing effect, the section profile degree and the strength of fibers are high, and a rich
dyeing effect, better elasticity, better appearance and hand feeling can be given to the fabric.
