The material temperature measuring device comprises a cylinder passing through a furnace wall, a guiding mechanism, and a driving mechanism. Lead screws are arranged at the tails of the metal rods. A limiting plate protruding radially is arranged at the shaft end of one side of the cylinder; and internal threads cooperating with the lead screws are formed in the limiting plates. Therefore, the temperature of the aluminum alloy ingot in the furnace can be measured accurately; the material temperature measuring device can be utilized repeatedly; and the temperature measuring is donequickly and efficiently.
