The invention further relates to a preparation method of the 12-oxystearic acid and boric acid composite lithium prefabricated soap lubricating grease composition. The preparation method comprises the following step: in an acceptable solvent environment, preparing 12-oxystearic acid and boric acid composite lithium prefabricated soap as a thickening agent of the lubricating grease composition, wherein the solvent is an organic solvent such as ethanol or acetone which is harmless to human bodies, or water as well; the lubricating grease composition comprises 5-40% (by weight) of the thickening agent and 60-95% (by weight) of the basic lubricating oil; the basic lubricating oil can be ore oil, synthetic hydrocarbon, PAO, synthetic ester oil, polyether, polysiloxane and the like, and the synthetic ester oil has higher advantages when being compared with those of otherthickening agents.
