Development and application of co-colonization type multifunctional complex microbial inoculant based on plant rhizosphere biofilm

The invention provides development and application of a co-colonization type complex microbial inoculant based on a plant rhizosphere biofilm. The plant probiotic complex microbial inoculant is composed of bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9 and pseudomonas stutzeri XL272. The bacterial strain XL272 is separated from the rhizosphere of cucumber inoculated with a single bacterial strain SQR9, and can be metabolized and mutually nourished with the bacterial strain SQR9 to form the biofilm, and the biomass of the biofilm formed by the bacterial strain XL272 and the bacterial strain SQR9 is obviously higher than the biomass of a biofilm formed by a single bacterium. Fluorescently labeled strains are co-inoculated to the rhizosphere of a plant, and the strains SQR9 (green) and XL272 (purple) can be co-colonized and jointly generate a synergistic probiotic effect on the plant. The plant probiotic complex microbial inoculant not only can significantly promote cucumber growth, but also can help plants to resist salt in soil with a salt content of 0.3%.
