The products are protected by benzyl, and benzyl is synchronously removed with glacial acetic acid heating and ring closing in the final reaction step, thereby reducing the reaction steps. Compared with the method of removing benzyl by Pd / C charging hydrogen, the method of the invention is more simple, economical, and safe. The invention is capable of effectively stopping growth of garnyardgrass, cyperus iria linn and cyperus difformis linn seeds in rice, restraining paddyfield weed, improving rice yield, stopping spore germination of pyricularia oryzae and rhizoctonia solan so as to avoid the problems due to pesticide application and promote sustainable development of agriculture.

Antagonistic actinomycete for preventing and controlling continuously cropped strawberry root rot and preparation method of biocontrol agent of antagonistic actinomycete

The invention discloses antagonistic actinomycete for preventing and controlling continuously cropped strawberry root rot and a preparation method of a biocontrol agent of the antagonistic actinomycete. Bacterial strain B04 belongs to streptomyces hygroscopicus (Streptomyces hygroscopicus), with the strain preservation number of CGMCC NO.9918. The biocontrol strain B04 is separated from a healthy strawberry root, and has a strong inhibiting effect on pathogenic bacteria, such as fusarium, verticillium dahliae, rhizoctonia, phytophthora and the like, causing strawberry soil-borne root diseases. The antagonistic actinomycete prepared by taking wormcast and wheat bran as the main materials of fermentation medium can completely meet the nutritional requirements produced by solid fermentation of biocontrol antinomycetes. Compared with conventional fermentation, the production cost of the preparation method is reduced by 30 to 50 percent, and the preparation method is beneficial for popularization and application of the biocontrol agent of the antagonistic actinomycete. After the biocontrol agent of the antagonistic actinomycete is applied to continuously cropped soil, the biological control rate reaches greater than 70 percent, and has great significance on preventing and controlling the soil-borne diseases of strawberry, improving the quality of agricultural products and protecting the environment.

Burkholderia LH-ZY01 and application thereof in suppressing rhizoctonia solani

The invention belongs to the field of the microorganisms and particularly relates to burkholderia LH-ZY01 (burkholderiasp.), and also relates to a strain and application thereof in suppressing rhizoctonia solani. The strain, namely the burkholderia LH-ZY01 (burkholderiasp.), is preserved in CCTCC (China Center For Type Culture Collection) on December 18, 2012; the preservation number of strain is CCTCCNO: M2012536. The burkholderia LH-ZY01 is combined with a loose nutrition carrier and the fermentation technology and the drying technology are adopted, so that the burkholderia is capable of growing in the nutrition carrier, and good in late-time stability and long in retention period. If the strain provided by the invention is applied to soil of crops infected by rhizoctonia solani such as rice, cotton, rape and tomato, diseases caused by the pathogenic bacteria can be remarkably eliminated; the efficiency of the strain for rice sheath blight disease is more than 75% and the efficiency for damping-off of colza is more than 59%; the diseases can be fundamentally eliminated from the soil to which the fertilizer is applied continuously for three crops.
