The viscosity reduction collection well has the beneficial effects that the thickened oil can be reasonably heated, so that the viscosity of the thickened oil is reduced, and collection is facilitated; and carbon dioxide gas and water steam can be led into the well, and therefore the viscosity of crude oil to be lifted and crude oil in the lifting process can be reduced.
