A dispatcher for a non-uniform memory access computer system dispatches threads from a common ready queue not associated with any CPU, but favors the dispatching of a thread to a CPU having a shorter memory access time. Preferably, the system comprises multiple discrete nodes, each having a local memory and one or more CPUs. System main memory is a distributed memory comprising the union of the local memories. A respective preferred CPU and preferred node may be associated with each thread. When a CPU becomes available, the dispatcher gives at least some relative priority to a thread having a preferred CPU in the same node as the available CPU over a thread having a preferred CPU in a different node. This preference is relative, and does not prevent the dispatch from overriding the preference to avoid starvation or other problems.

The method comprises supplying a predetermined amount of power through the control system to the heater plate intended to achieve the desired melt rate of the ink stick during a phase change from solid to liquid. The desired melt rate is associated with the predetermined desired temperature of the heater plate. The temperature of the heater plate is sensed with the sensing device during the supply of power thereto. When a sensed temperature of the heater plate varies from the predetermined desired temperature by a selected amount, the supply power is interrupted, whereby heater damage and printer ink starvation can be avoided.

The fishery aquaculture box comprises sinking anchors, feed tanks, a solar cell panel and a feeding box, wherein traction chains are fixed at two ends of the bottom of the feeding box, the sinking anchors are fixed at the bottom ends of the traction chains, a discharging port is formed in the bottom end of the feedingbox, a feeding baffle is fixed in the middle inside the feeding box, second reserved holes are uniformly formed in the edge of the top end of the feeding baffle, the feed tanks are uniformly fixed atthe top end of the feeding baffle, discharging pipes are mounted at the bottom ends of the feed tanks and connected with the second reserved holes, a cover body is mounted at the top end of each feedtank, handles are arranged on two sides of each feed tank, a storage battery is mounted at the top end of a fixed top plate, and the solar cell panel is mounted at the top end of the storage battery.The multiple feed tanks are mounted, so that different fish feed can be placed in the feed tanks, and different kinds of fish can be fed at the same time.
