Disclosed is a main transmission clearance eliminating mechanism of a mechanical
servo numerical control turrent
punch press, which is capable of keeping an
impact head to contact with a roller and comprises an oblique block, the
impact head and a fixing seat. The oblique block is horizontally slidably connected onto a
machine body, the
impact head is perpendicular to a horizontal plane, is movably connected onto the
machine body, is inversely convex and consists of an impact head portion and an impact head body, the impact head portion is positioned on the upper portion of the impact head, the impact head body is positioned on the lower portion of the impact head, the upper portion of the cylindrical fixing seat is open, the fixing seat is fixedly connected onto the
machine body, a center hole is arranged at the bottom of the fixing seat, the inner
diameter of the fixing seat hermetically matches with the impact head portion, and the center hole of the bottom of the fixing seat matches with the impact head body in a
hermetic seal manner. The main transmission clearance eliminating mechanism is additionally provided with the fixing seat with functions of a cylinder, and simultaneously, the impact head is improved into a big-end-up two-section shape and has functions of a
piston. When communicated with the lower portion of the fixing seat, a high-pressure gas source can provide upward force for the impact head, and accordingly the roller is prevented from contacting with the oblique block. During operation, the roller and the oblique block always contact with each other, and accordingly, transmission stability and precision stability are kept.
