The invention discloses a rice high-stubble wheat zero-tilling drilling method, comprising the following steps: when rice is harvested, leaving high-stubble straws in field, harvesting to obtain ears of rice and short straws, smashing the short straws and directly sowing the short straws in field; performing zero-tilling drilling on high-stubble rice straws; and ditching on field which is sowed with wheat. The method reduces consumption of original power of a harvester, reduces loss of grains when rice is harvested, and increases yield of rice, reduces soil gaps caused by straw turnover, and meanwhile high-stubble parts cover field surfaces and naturally rot, so as to solve problems that soil gaps are too large and wheat is lack of moisture and is sparse caused by original total straw return. The method realizes thermal insulation, moisturizing, water retention, and soil moisture conservation, and increases germination rate of wheat seeds, ensures full stand, seedlings in order, and strong seedlings when seeds are sown, and frozen seedlings and dead seedlings do not occur in winter. The method improves content of organic matters in soil, enriches soil fertility, saves fertilizer and water, so wheat production realizes continuous high efficiency, high yield, high quality, green, and sustainable development.
