The invention discloses a sedum lineare salt-tolerant gene SlWRKY and an application thereof. The invention discloses a method for domestication and modular planting of sedum lineare for roof greening. The method comprises the following steps of (1) domesticating sedum lineare at a cultivation base, so as to obtain high-quality finished grass; (2) pre-fabricating a plurality of planting structural frames, wherein each structural frame consists of a frame bottom and frame surrounding edges disposed at the periphery of the frame bottom; (3) laying a filter layer in each planting structural frame, and coating each filter layer with a light organic substrate with a thickness of 2-5 cm; (4) transplanting or planting the domesticated sedum lineare on the light organic substrate; and (5) vertically assembling the planting structural frames, loading the planting structural frames into a truck for transportation, and carrying the planting structural frames to roofs for laying and spreading. The invention also discloses the structural frame special for roof greening plantation. According to the technical scheme, modular planting is employed, the light organic substrate is high in fertility and facilitates growth of sedum lineare and helps to obviously reducing the load of a building structure; transportation is facilitated and transportation cost is reduced; rain can be buffered and accumulated, and excessive water is prevented from directly impacting the roofs, the roofs are protected, and construction of sponge cities is facilitated.
