The invention relates to the field of
renewable energy sources and particularly discloses a method for preparing a
jet fuel through hydrogenation of
hydrogen counter flow grease. The method comprisesthe following steps: (1) enabling the biological renewable
grease to be in contact with a hydrotreatment catalyst to implement primary hydrotreatment under the existence of
hydrogen, so as to obtain refined oil; (2) enabling the refined oil to be in contact with a heterogeneous catalyst under the existence of
hydrogen to implement secondary hydroisomerization visbreaking treatment, distilling andseparating, so as to obtain the
jet fuel, wherein the hydrotreatment conditions in the step (1) are as follows: the
partial pressure of hydrogen is 6.0-8.0 MPa, the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil ranges from 1200:1 to 1800:1, the liquid hourly
mass space velocity is 1h<-1> to 2h<-1>, and the
reaction temperature is 380-450 DEG C, and the secondary hydroisomerization visbreaking treatment in the step (2) are as follows: the
partial pressure of hydrogen is 6.0-8.0 MPa, the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil ranges from 1200:1 to 1500:1, the liquid hourly
mass space velocity is 1h<-1> to 2h<-1>, and the
reaction temperature is 280-320 DEG C. The performances (mainly flashing point,
freezing point and
combustion heat) of the
jet fuel prepared through the method are close to that of the petroleumfuel, and meet ore even exceed the key specification of the
aviation fuel, and the yield is also up to about 25%.
