The invention provides a branch knot loading compact type microstrip filter. Metal circuits with left-right symmetrical patterns are arranged on a metal surface layer. The metal circuits comprise bent input-output ports which are left-right symmetrical and arranged in a Z shape, source end and load loading transmission lines and input-output couplers which are inwardsafter bending. The source end and the loading transmission lines are connected in a bending mode. The high frequency filter comprises at least a microstrip design that incorporates both transverse and lateral couplings between the filters resonators. The invention discloses a miniaturized high-performance microstrip filtering power divider based on a zero-order resonator. The microstrip filtering power divider is based on a left-right-hand transmission line structure, and consists of interdigital type capacitors and high-impedance line inductors. A compact Ku band microwave diplexer configured as a three port surface mount component on a miniature alumina substrate. Input signals occurring at a common port having frequencies within a first pass band are passed to a second port while being isolated from signals occurring at a third port. Signals occurring at the third port are passed to the common port while being isolated from the signals at the second port. The invention discloses a down-conversion system of multi-channel broadband. A four-channel broadband microstrip filter set, a mixing circuit and an intermediate frequency signal regulating circuit are integrated in the system, and the 4GHz-12GHz segmenting filtering and down-conversion function is completed. Ca-Ti-based high-dielectric microwave ceramic substrate material, and preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides a Ca-Ti-based high-dielectric microwave ceramic substrate material, and a preparation method and an application thereof. The material is composed of two crystal phases, namely rutile type TiO2 and CaTiO3. A B-position substituted CaTiO3 phase is compounded with TiO2 to form a ceramic material with adjustable and controllable performances, other doping agents play roles in inhibiting Ti reduction and increasing the Q * f value of the ceramic material, and the general chemical formula of the material is Ca(BbTi1-b)O3 + aTiO2 + cZnO + dD. The preparation method comprises the following steps: burdening, ball-milling, granulating, forming and sintering. Results of laboratory research and test show that the Ca-Ti-based microwave ceramic substrate material prepared by the method has a high Q * f value (8000-12000), a high dielectric constant (145-165) and a serialized dielectric constant temperature coefficient (-1500 + / - 500). A description is given of a high frequency filter comprising microstrips. The filter comprises at least two resonators (16, 18) which each have, as frequency-determining elements, a first straight microstrip section (28) and a second straight microstrip section (30), which are parallel next to each other, and also a capacitor assembly (22). In each resonator the capacitor assembly is connected between first ends of the microstrip sections and each resonator is exclusively connected to ground at the second ends of the microstrip sections. In each resonator (16, 18) the sum of the two microstrip sections acts as inductive lement. The resonators (16, 18) therefore act in the same manner as a resonator having a single microstrip, the length of which corresponds essentially to the sum of the lengths of the first microstrip section (28) and the second microstrip section (30). This construction of a filter allows a shorter design compared to conventional filter structures.

The frequency locking process of each integrated phase-locked loop is completed in advance, so that the frequency changing time of the system is determined by the switching time of the first radiofrequency switch and the frequency changing time of the microstrip filter, the switching time of the first radio frequency switch is less than 1 microsecond, the frequency changing time of the microstrip filter is less than 10 microseconds, and the frequency changing time of the frequency synthesizer can be within 10 microseconds. In combination with a third integrated phase-locked loop, the output frequency range of the system is 30 MHz to 7 GHz, the frequency range is wide, the frequency changing time is shorter than 10 microseconds, the conversion time is short, and the application requirement of a wide-frequency-band high-speed frequency hopping system can be met.
