Application of ginkgo leaf total lactones in preparation of medicament for preventing or treating deafness and tinnitus

The invention discloses application of ginkgo leaf total lactones in preparation of a medicament for preventing or treating deafness and tinnitus. The ginkgo leaf total lactones are extracted from ginkgo leaves, the lactone component content is 50 to 99 percent by HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) detection, and the ginkgo leaf total lactones mainly comprise four chemical components, namely ginkgo lactone A, ginkgo lactone B, ginkgo lactone C and ginkgo seed lactone. The inventor performs experiments of the ginkgo leaf total lactones on a rat audition effect, and the results show that the ginkgo leaf total lactones have certain protection effect on the rat audition, the effect of the ginkgo leaf total lactones is obviously superior to that of ginkgo leaf extract and a quantitative effect relationship is formed. Therefore, the ginkgo leaf total lactones can be used for preparing the medicament for preventing or treating the deafness and the tinnitus. The medicament is a medicinal composition prepared from the ginkgo leaf total lactones and medicinal auxiliary materials according to a conventional method. The medicament can be prepared into oral preparations such as tablets, capsules and the like, can also be prepared into injection preparations such as injection, freeze-dried powder and the like, and can further be prepared into patches and the like.
