The invention belongs to the field of
veterinary drugs, and specifically relates to a compound
artemisinin multiphase lipidosome injection as well as a preparation method thereof. The injection comprises a medicinal component and an auxiliary material of the injection, wherein the medicinal component is prepared from
artemisinin and diminazene aceturate, and the auxiliary material of the injection consists of
lecithin,
cholesterol, tween-80, a
phosphate buffer and absolute ethyl
alcohol. The injection comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-30 parts of
lecithin, 0.5-10 parts of
cholesterol, 0.1-5 parts of tween-80, 0.5-5 parts of
artemisinin, 0.5-5 parts of diminazene aceturate, 1-15 parts of absolute ethyl
alcohol and 5-90 parts of the
phosphate buffer. The compound artemisinin multiphase lipidosome injection prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is remarkable in
curative effect in treating eperythrozoonosis of
livestock and poultry in
clinical treatment of veterinarians, and is high in safety. Several methods are organically combined, i.e., an
ethanol injection-ultrasonic treatment-homogenization method is adopted. The compound artemisinin multiphase lipidosome injection prepared by the method is high in encapsulation efficiency, good in stability, strong in
operability and applicable to industrialized production on a large scale.
