coating material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of water-based fluorosilicone modified
acrylic resin, 20-30 parts of nano
phosphate, 0.02-3 parts of a
silane coupling agent, 10-20 parts of silica
sol, 1-5 parts of a water-based
wetting dispersant, 1-3 parts of a water-based coalescing agent, 0.5-1 part of a water-based defoaming agent, 1-3 parts of a water-based
thickening agent, 0.5-1 part of a water-based leveling agent and 15-30 parts of deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying the nano
phosphate, pulping, preparing a composite resin base material, and mixing the pulp and the composite resin base material to prepare the
coating material. The water-based fluorosilicone modified
acrylic resin is taken as a main
raw material, and the nano
phosphate is doped, so that when the water-based fluorosilicone modified
acrylic resin is applied to the surface of bare concrete, the water-based fluorosilicone modified acrylic resin has super-hydrophobicity and a certain antifouling effect, meanwhile, passive
radiation refrigeration is provided, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved, and the water-based fluorosilicone modified acrylic resin is simple in preparation method, convenient to operate and suitable for popularization and application.
