Arc light detection method and device

The invention provides an arc light detection method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, an arc light sensor is installed in a to-be-monitored switch cabinet small chamber, wherein the arclight sensor is used for receiving an arc light signal, and a uniform secondary illuminant is formed; S2, an optical signal emitted by the secondary illuminant is transmitted to a protection device, photoelectric conversion is completed by the protection device, and the converted original electric signal is acquired at a fixed sampling frequency; and S3, the protection device judges whether a fault occurs or not through arc light signal matching retrieval and in combination with the acquired electric signal according to a power frequency variable quantity current criterion, and if the fault occurs, the protection device gives an alarm or trips. According to the arc light detection method provided by the invention, strong current and weak current can be effectively isolated, and arc light signals can be monitored in an omnibearing, real-time and safe manner. The invention further provides an arc light detection device applying the arc light detection method.

The assembling process of direct pressing is simpler than the thread assembling process needing setting a rotating mechanism. The bottle cap can be directly used without special tools or wiping and sterilizing during the starting.

Separation method of difluoroethanol-water azeotrope

The invention discloses a separation method of a difluoroethanol-water azeotrope, and mainly solves the problems of introduction of a third impurity and low separation purity in the azeotropic distillation. The method adopts a rectification tower and a pervaporation device, and comprises the following steps: (1) a difluoroethanol-water mixture enters a rectification tower to be separated, wherein the overhead fraction is a difluoroethanol-water lowest azeotrope, and the tower bottom fraction is the difluoroethanol product; and (2) the tower bottom fraction of the rectification tower enters the pervaporation device to be separated, water at the liquid side previously penetrates through the membrane to enter the membrane, and the retentate is circulated to the rectification tower after being condensed, wherein the infiltrate is pure water. The method does not introduce the third substance, and has the advantage of high product purity.
