Control system and method for adjusting filler in helmet

The invention relates to the technical field of helmets, in particular to a control system and method for adjusting a filler in a helmet, and the system comprises a control unit module, a pressure collection module, a power supply module and an adjusting module. The control unit module is electrically connected with the pressure collection module, the power supply module is electrically connected with the control unit module, and the adjusting module is electrically connected with the control unit module; the control unit module is used for flow control and data processing of the whole system; and the pressure collection module comprises a plurality of groups of pressure sensors, the adjusting module comprises a plurality of groups of tension driving devices, and each group of tension driving devices is connected with a group of pressure sensors. According to the invention, the pain on the scalp caused by binding a small braid or binding bulges at other hair styles of a helmet wearer can be effectively avoided, and meanwhile, the potential safety hazard caused by shaking of the helmet on the head of the wearer can be effectively reduced.
