The method comprises the following steps of: step 1, crushing dried prickly ash seeds into a particle material, sorting out black seed shells and white seed kernels from the particle material by adopting a material sorting machine, and squeezing seed kernel particles and collecting prickly ash seed kernel oil; step 2, adding ethyl alcohol-sodium hydroxide solution mixed liquid which is 1-2 times of the weight of crude oil into crude oil, stirring for 1-3 hours at a temperature 25-60 DEG C, then standing for 1-3 hours, layering, and separating out an oil phase on the upper layer; and step 3, heating the oil phase to 40-60 DEG C, dehydrating, then decolorizing by usingkieselguhr, filtering and deodorizing, thereby obtaining the prickly ash seed kernel oil. The processing method is capable of separating out shells and internal kernels of prickly ash seeds, respectively squeezing and soaking to obtain edible prickly ash kernel oil and prickly ash seed husk oil. The method is low in cost, high in operability and high in oil yield; the obtained prickly ash seed kernel oil is low in gelatine and waxiness contents and low in solvent residual.
