The invention provides a method for cleaning a finished
copper wire after oxidation, which comprises the following steps of: winding a to-be-treated
copper oxide wire on an iron disc, and putting the iron disc into a furnace
pipe of an annealing furnace; ethyl
alcohol is added into the furnace
pipe, and the interior of the furnace
pipe is vacuumized to minus 0.1 MPa; then,
carbon dioxide is introduced into the furnace pipe until the pressure in the furnace pipe ranges from 0.25 MPa to 0.35 MPa, heating is conducted till the temperature in the furnace pipe ranges from 420 DEG C to 590 DEG C, an upper heating point, a middle heating point and a lower heating point are arranged in the annealing furnace, the
heating time of the upper phase is 80 min, and the heat preservation time is 40 min; the
heating time of the
middle phase is 60 minutes, and the heat preservation time is 40 minutes; the
heating time of the lower phase is 60 minutes, and the heat preservation time is 40 minutes; and finally, gas in the annealing furnace is exhausted, the furnace pipe is taken out and cooled for not less than 12 hours, the iron disc is taken out, and the treated bright
copper wire is obtained.
Alcohol and
carbon dioxide are added into the oxidized
copper wire, so that the oxidized
copper wire can be efficiently cleaned in a high-temperature annealing furnace, the
copper wire can be recovered to be bright and clean, the subsequent application of the finished copper wire is not influenced, and the material is safe and environment-friendly, high in
operation safety and environment-friendly.
