Access system for a cellular network

The present invention relates to a method and system for providing access to a cellular network (8), wherein a terminal device (1) is connected to an access device (2) according to access specifications of a broadband access network (12) which is not specifically designed to be used as a part of cellular network (8). The terminal device (1) indicates to the access device (2) that it wishes to be connected to the cellular network (8), and a session or call and a radio bearer is setup between the terminal device (1) and the cellular network (8). To achieve this, a service node (5) provided in the cellular network (8) requests a suitable access bearer from the access network (12) and the access device (2) sets up a corresponding access channel towards the terminal device (1). The terminal device (1) then associates the access channel to the correct radio bearer by using a corresponding identification. Thereby, service functions of the cellular network, e.g. UMTS services, can be distributed via any access network and existing broadband or high-speed access networks can be implemented in new cellular network structures. A huge capacity enhancement can thus be offered to the network operators of the cellular network without any standardization effort or license fee and at very small investment and maintenance costs.

The invention discloses a group technology for heavy oil upgrading, in which the job steps include: (1) full or moiety of heavy oil individually or mixed with catalytic clarified oil entering solvent deasphalting plant, after the solvent deasphalting treatment, obtaining a deasphalted oil and a degreasing asphalt; (2) the degreasing asphalt obtained by step (1) individually or mixed with another moiety of heavy oil entering coking plant for coking treatment, in which the obtained tar heavy oil returns to solvent deasphalting plant or enters heavy oil hydrotreating plant, or moiety of tar heavy oil returns to solvent deasphalting plant and another moiety of tar heavy oil enters heavy oil hydrotreating plant, catalytic plant or hydrocracking plant; (3) the deasphalted oil obtained by step (1) individually or mixed with vacuum residual oil, non-pressure residual oil, pressure-relief residual oil, catalytic cycle stock and one or more than one heavy oil of tar heavy oil obtained by step (2) entering heavy oil hydrotreating plant for hydrotreatment, after hydrotreatment, obtaining fractions of benzin naphtha, plane kerosene and diesel and hydrogenating heavy oil. The invention can improve the charge-in nature, alleviate the operating condition and prolong the cycle length of the heavy oil hydrotreating plant, which provides better raw oil for downstream plants including catalytic plant.

The technology comprises the following steps: carrying out homogenization and averaged quantity on high-salt complex wastewater, successively adding sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, PAC and PAM to carry out coagulation treatment, letting a mixed liquor which has undergone coagulation treatment enter a filter tank for sedimentation and filtration by the use of an immersed microfiltration membrane, letting a supernatant enter a reverse osmosis treatment process, letting pure water obtained by reverse osmosis treatment enter a reuse water tank for utilization, further condensing condensed brine, and crystallizing the condensed brine or putting the condensed brine into an evaporation pond for atomization and evaporation processing, wherein the reverse osmosis treatment adopts three-level RO: a medium-pressure membrane element is firstly used for desalination and condensation; a high-pressure membrane element is then used for further desalination and condensation; and a ultrahigh-pressure membrane element is finally used for further desalination and condensation. According to the invention, 95% of reverse osmosis concentrated water or analogous high-salt complex wastewater can be recovered for reutilization, only 5% of high strong brine is left to undergo evaporative crystallization or enter the natural evaporation pond. Water resources are fully recycled, and reuse and zero discharge costs of high-salt complex wastewater are reduced.

The invention discloses a preparation method of acid-modified superfine shell powder. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) removing the cuticle of a shell raw material, and then adding water accounting for 20-80% of the weight of the shell subjected to cuticle removal, and stirring for 6 to 48 h to prepare slurry; 2), adding acid liquor accounting for 5-25% of the weight of the shell subjected to cuticle removal in the slurry, and stirring to obtain acid-modified shell micro powder slurry; 3), carrying out washing, filter pressing, drying and grinding on the acid-modified shell micro powder slurry to obtain modified shell powder with the particle size of 0.5-5 microns; and 4), adding purified water in the modified shell powder obtained from the steps 3), mixing into paste, and then adopting a planetary ball milling and grinding method to process, dry and crush to obtain the superfine shell powder with the particle size of 0.01-5 microns. The invention further discloses acid-modified superfine shell powder prepared by the method. The preparation method and the product are simple in process, small in equipment investment and low in energy consumption. Besides, the prepared modified shell micro powder is good in surface activity.
