seedling culturing method capable of raising the emergence rate of strawberry seeds. The method comprises the following steps: 1, seed disinfection; 2, seed-soaking treatment; 3, ultrasonic treatment; 4,
moisture retention and
germination accelerating; 5, seed
sowing; 6, field planting of seedlings. According to the method, the seeds are subjected to conventional disinfection in the first place and then placed in an
ammonia-resistant
azotobacter solution for being subjected to seed-soaking treatment, the
germination potential of the seeds and quality of the seedlings are improved, through the soaking treatment through magnetic water, further sterilization and disinfection are conducted on the surfaces of the seeds, the
disease attack rate at a later stage is lowered, meanwhile, the physiological status inside the seeds is changed by weak
magnetism which the seeds have, and differentiation of buds at the later stage is improved; through the operation conducted on the seeds, namely soaking, airing and further soaking, the external permeability of the seeds is reinforced, neat testa-breakage of the seeds is facilitated, and the percentage of
seedling establishment is raised; after the ultrasonic treatment is conducted on the seeds, seed
germination and
root growth are further promoted. Through the combined action of the treatment method, the germination rate of the seeds is stably maintained over 90%, the seedlings emerge neatly, in addition, the
seedling emergence time is shortened by above 30% compared with a common breeding method, and the breeding success rate of a new variety can be raised.
