The coal-rock interface stability measuring device comprises an axial pressure gauge, an anchor rod, fiber grating strain sensors, fiber grating strain gauges, an external optical cable protective shell, an optical cable, a photoelectric detector and a fiber grating demodulator, wherein the axial pressure gauge comprises a pressure elastic sheet, the fiber grating strain gauges and a pressure transfer column; when the pressure elastic sheet receives axial pressure, the pressure is transferred to the fiber grating strain gauges through the pressure transfer column by the pressure elastic sheet; four fiber grating strain gauges connected in series are connected to a first optical fiber channel of the anchor rod in series. Four optical fibers are arranged around the anchor rod, each optical fiber is connected to seven fiber grating strain sensors to sense surrounding strain,the four optical fibers and the external optical cable are connected in the external optical cable protective shell through flanges, a pressure signal is input into the fiber grating demodulator through the optical cable and the photoelectric detector for demodulation, so that the coal-rock interface stability is monitored in real time.

The invention provides a low-temperature mechanical perfusion preservation device and method, and the device comprises an organ box for placing an organ to be transplanted, a coolant container, a filter, a bubble catcher, a semiconductor refrigeration element, a pump, a perfusion loop, a circulation loop, a sensor assembly, an electromagnetic valve assembly, and a control display unit. Wherein the sensor assembly comprises a bubble sensor, a pressure sensor, a flow sensor and a temperature sensor, the coolant container is arranged on the periphery of the organ box in a surrounding mode, an open hole is formed in the side edge of the coolant container, and the temperature sensor detects the temperature of perfusate in the organ box through the open hole; the bubble catcher comprises three openings which are respectively a liquid inlet, a filling outlet and a circulating outlet, a partition plate is vertically arranged at the bottom of the bubble catcher, and the partition plate divides the bubble catcher into a plurality of communicated cavities; and the semiconductor refrigeration element is assembled outside the bubble catcher. The low-temperature mechanical perfusion storage device can directly detect the temperature of perfusate, the perfusate with the temperature exceeding the standard can be cooled to the set temperature range as soon as possible, bubbles can be prevented from entering a perfusion pipeline as far as possible, and the accuracy of perfusion data and perfusion safety are improved.
